How does the product subscription work?

Save time and money with our subscription program. Get a 10% discount on your first purchase and 20% on your scheduled purchases when you subscribe. We automatically ship our essential set every 2 months so you always have your skincare routine available. Your scheduled orders will use the payment method you provided during your initial purchase.

How can I view and manage my subscription?

In your user profile, you will find a subscription section where you can manage it as needed.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel it anytime, there's no commitment. Please note that if you cancel on the day of renewal and the scheduled order is generated, we won't be able to cancel the shipment. If you don't want the product, you'll need to initiate the return process.

Can I change the delivery address for my subscription?

Yes, from your user profile, you can add new addresses and change the one you want to use as the default for subscriptions.
