returns & refund

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@normalmencare.com. Please indicate your name, order number and reason for requesting the return: product damage or you do not longer want the product. If your return is accepted, we will send you by email all the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will need to take care of the shipping costs when sending back your item. Please note that shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.

Order cancellation

If your order has not been shipped yet, you are able to cancel it. Kindly reach out to us at hello@normalmencare.com to request the cancellation. Please note that once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible, and you will need to initiate a return following the appropriate process.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
